You’re invited to our next community event: Pilates & Plunge 🌊 in collaboration with HotBox

We’ll begin with a 50-minute Roe Reformer class before heading to Benone Strand for 90 mins contrast therapy, alternating between refreshing sea dips and the warmth of the HotBox sea sauna. We’ll finish with coffee from Sea Shed Coffee & Surf.

We’ll begin with a 50-minute Roe Reformer class before heading out onto the River Roe for a guided stand-up paddleboard tour from Long Line Surf School
Whether it’s your first time on a paddleboard or you’re already comfortable on the water, this is all about trying something new together.

We’re coming in hot with our next community gathering, Peaks and Pilates.
We’ll begin with a 50-minute Roe Reformer class before heading out with for a guided hike through the Binevenagh loop, taking in hidden local trails, panoramic views, and the landscape in all its glory.

At the viewpoint, we’ll slow down with iced coffees and matcha from and snacks from

Roe was designed with nature in mind and the impact it can have on both our mental and physical wellbeing. This event is about extending that feeling beyond the studio, bringing movement, connection, and a chance to reset outdoors together.
