We’re coming in hot with our next community gathering, Peaks and Pilates.
We’ll begin with a 50-minute Roe Reformer class before heading out with for a guided hike through the Binevenagh loop, taking in hidden local trails, panoramic views, and the landscape in all its glory.

At the viewpoint, we’ll slow down with iced coffees and matcha from and snacks from

Roe was designed with nature in mind and the impact it can have on both our mental and physical wellbeing. This event is about extending that feeling beyond the studio, bringing movement, connection, and a chance to reset outdoors together.

Our pre and postnatal classes are a safe, supportive space to move through pregnancy and beyond 🤍
Babies are welcome, pauses are expected, and nothing needs to be quiet or perfect.
