5:45PM – BOXFIT (45 mins) 🥊
A high-energy, non contact, boxing and pad based workout combining boxing drills with cardio and conditioning. Great for fat loss, stress relief, and improving fitness 💪
6:30PM – CIRCUITS & ABS (45 mins) 🔥
A full-body circuit session working for short bursts of time moving from station to station, targeting strength and endurance, finished with focused ab/core workout to build a stronger, more defined midsection 👊
⚡ WEDNESDAY
6:30PM – STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (55 mins) 🏋️♂️
Structured training to build strength, improve fitness, and boost overall performance using a mix of weights and conditioning work
⚡ FRIDAY (NEW TIME)
5:45PM – STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (55mins)🏋️♀️
Finish the week strong with a powerful session designed to build muscle, burn calories, and improve athletic performance
