Our Deepest Condolences

Everyone at FJR Gym would like to express our deepest condolences to our coach Aaron Heaney and his family on the very sad loss of his mum.

Our thoughts are with Aaron and his entire family at this incredibly difficult time.

Sending our love, strength and support to you all today and over the coming days.

Passed away peacefully at her own home on 13th September 2026.
8 Village Oaks, Ballykelly.
Devoted Mum of Aaron (Claire), Kerri (Gavin), Laura (Daniel)
Loving Grandma of Bradley, Travis, Curtis, Evan, Harry, Ava, Arthur, Finn and Sienna - May.
Also a dear Sister and Aunt and Daughter of the late Jim and Kitty Moore.
House private on Tuesday all welcome to call at the family home on Wednesday from 10am to 10pm.
Funeral service will be held in Christ Church at 12noon on Thursday followed by burial in adjoining Churchyard. Family flowers only please donations if desired and cheques payable to Chest Heart and Stroke Association and forwarded to Browns Funeral Directors, 21 Aghanloo Ind Est, Aghanloo Road, Limavady.
Lorraine will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her entire family circle.

There will be no classes on Saturday or Monday due to the bank holiday., but back again as normal Tuesday 6am with Bootcamp 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️

The gym will remain open as usual from 5am–11pm 💪

FJR’s next 12 week Photoshoot Prep begins on Saturday 5th September, with the professional shoot taking place from 2pm–6pm on Saturday 28th November with Tommy ┃Fitness photographer ┃videographer

Not only will you be working towards an incredible photoshoot, but you’ll also finish your prep just in time for the upcoming Christmas and holiday season—feeling fitter, stronger and more confident for all those festive parties, nights out and celebrations! 🎄✨

There are two routes to take part:

💪 Personal Training Coaching (contact PT’s directly for pricing and availability)
Choose from 1-to-1 PT, 2-to-1 PT, or online coaching.

🔥 Alpha Group Coaching (£125 per month)
Complete your prep as part of our supportive and motivating Alpha Personal Training Group.

The £99 photoshoot fee includes:

📸 A professional photoshoot with Tommy Ghost Productions
✨ Two professionally edited images
➕ The option to purchase additional images directly from Tommy Ghost Productions

The photoshoot fee is £99, plus your chosen coaching fees, and is non-refundable.

A massive well done to FJR members and Chloe McClelland who took on and completed a HYROX Sim at Jordan Duffy — both finishing with new PB time of 1hr 17min 20⏱️🔥👏

Brilliant effort from you both and a great opportunity to put all that training to the test. All the hard work is paying off! Bring on Dublin in November 💪

🚧 Temporary Gym Closure Notice 🚧

Please note that FJR Gym will be temporarily closed on Tuesday 30th June from 8:00am–1:00pm due to electricity supply interruption for building maintenance.

✅ Our 6:00am class will run as normal, and the gym will reopen at 1:00pm.

A high-energy, non contact, boxing and pad based workout combining boxing drills with cardio and conditioning. Great for fat loss, stress relief, and improving fitness 💪

6:30PM – CIRCUITS & ABS (45 mins) 🔥
A full-body circuit session working for short bursts of time moving from station to station, targeting strength and endurance, finished with focused ab/core workout to build a stronger, more defined midsection 👊
