A month filled with soggy doggy walks 🐾good food, catch ups with friends ☕️ , brighter evenings on the horizon 🌅, amazing client results 📉 , my own training 🏋️‍♀️ and cardio 🏃‍♀️ .. not for weight loss, for overall health 🎁… work 👊.. To most people , this just looks like a scale picture, but for my wee client and bestie, this represents the huge transformation that she’s pushed so hard for over the last 12 months ..

Today, this awesome wee lady, hit 5 STONE gone from this time last year 💪😎👌🤩what an achievement.. it’s been far from easy, in fact I’d say there were days where she wanted to block me on Facebook (and Snapchat ) and change her number lol 😂 but , all for the greater good as she is absolutely delighted with herself today after seeing these numbers . She has fought hard for this, a young Family 🤱, a busy career 👩‍💻, building a house 🏠 , planning a wedding 💒 she done it all.. and I couldn’t be more proud. 🥹

I love it when a plan comes together ! Not far to go now till we hit our goal .. she’s looking phenomenal, feeling class, and she’s gonna be absolutely stunning on her big day later on this year.

So for all you mammies out there, who think you can’t make the changes, who are busy juggling, who struggle to get 5 seconds to yourself, who feel horrible in your own skin, who just want a break, who want to get your spark back??? This is what happens when you DON’T GIVE UP 💪🩷🤍🩵

You deserve happiness and it can , and will happen when you put the work in as this client did 🥳

It’s a huge year for my clients with many of my brides working towards their big day, bridal parties working hard on their goals too isn’t that right ladies 🤣 👰‍♀️ we’ve made huge strides forward in 2025, building strength, lean bodies, strong minds, education, fun workouts , challenges, but this is the big year, we push harder ..

So excited for tomorro for my girls starting their online program to get kicked off .. they will be cruising into Easter 🐣 lighter, healthier , stronger, and most importantly happier than they’ve ever been ., I’m sure of it 🥳

We are locked, we are loaded .. and it’s ON 😎

Hope you all had the most amazing Christmas 🎅… I can’t believe that’s the majority of the celebrations over for another ...

Hope you all had the most amazing Christmas 🎅… I can’t believe that’s the majority of the celebrations over for another year 🐔

We had a quiet , but lovely Christmas and a wee break from the 5am alarm was nice , but it’s even nicer getting back to routine 👌

This is the time of year where we all eat a wee bit more ( and drink a wee bit more 🙃🥂) and overindulge .. sooooooooo .. we may not just be feeling fab, infact, truth be told, most people are feeling bloated, lethargic, just rotten ., fear not lol theres a Monday coming up, with a fresh start, bringing a new week, new month, even a new year 🤣🤣🤣..

We start this Monday .. 5th January, for 12 good tight weeks .. we are learning how to eat for our goals, educate about food and choices, bring in some movement and exercise, deliver on accountability, build and maintain those healthier habits so that the next 12 weeks sets you up for the rest of this year 👌 you’ll drop weight, you’ll regain control of your eating habits, you’ll feel sooo much better than what you currently are , and there’s only 4 spots remaining… so, you know the craic, drop me a message if you need more info.. il not opening up any more “extra slots “ at the last minute.. there’s 4 slots and when they are gone they are gone .

I’m Empathetic to my clients because I’ve been there , I know what they are going through cos I’ve also gone through it too. The truth is, I’ve been too big, too small, and now , well, now I’m healthy 😊

If you think the answer to your body goals is starving yourself , or doing the 1200 calories a day on a certain tracking app .. then unfortunately, you’re wrong. Keep reading 📖 ⬇️

The biggest change (and the hardest part for me 😩) was mindset, and as a coach, I see it all the time, people are focused on changing their body, but don’t want to change their mindset or maybe they think it’s just not important enough , and if you don’t change your thought process ,you’ll always go back to where you were .. sorry 😢

It’s taken me a long time to get it right, but, I don’t bounce between “too big “ and “too small”anymore. I focus on health, eating whole foods, getting exercise, strength training, staying hydrated, and balancing out my hormones .. most importantly though.. I am buzzing to be able to educate my girls to do the exact same.

Nothing good ever comes from an extreme , so we focus on balance , and eating plenty of what’s gonna make us feel brilliant . Carrying too much or too little weight made me feel crap 💩. It’s so much easier when you aren’t having that constant fight with yourself .

As much as I wish the first pic was a filter, it wasn’t 🙃 I don’t recommend being so thin that you can see your veins either .. clients are killing their own journeys in the gym, they constantly make me proud, my online girls are phenomenal, focusing closely on diet and getting 6 meals daily ., yep 👍 6 🤩 and there’s already spaces booked on the January online program ( only 10 spaces ) PT remains fully booked …and I’m looking forward to getting stuck into 2026 goals with the team 🥰

We’ve not taken our foot off the gas yet even though it’s December .. we’re working through an exercise advent calendar, and are locked in to make sure that we are heading into the festive season with a new mindset 😎 this is gonna be a very happy Christmas 🎄

Just here to tell you the truth, the best diet to work for you , is one that you can see yourself being able to still do in 6 months time, any by then it’s a lifestyle .You gotta be consistent.. so if you can’t stick to it, whatever result you do get, will be incredibly short lived .

So here’s some examples of my regular meals that help to support my goals , training and busy work schedule 🏋🏻‍♀️🥊

Strewed Apple overnight oats
Protein porridge with frozen fruit
Sourdough with turkey bacon and perfect eggs 🍳

BBQ chicken salad wraps
Curried chicken stir fry with rice noodles
Chicken in mushroom sauce with veg and potatoes 🥔
Chilli con carne with rice

Protein /greek yoghurt
Apple and 🥜 peanut butter
High fibre bars

It’s not even 9.45am on a Saturday morning, and I’m up, a wee 5k 🏃‍♀️ done and a full body workout completed 👍 🏋🏻‍♀️

How am I feeling ? Unreal 🙌
Was that workout easy .. definitely not
Was I comfortable 🏃‍♀️ running ? NO 🥵
Do I know I’ll feel better when it’s all done. ✔️ 100% yes 🙌

You see this is the thing . YOUR lifestyle is YOUR choice .. we all have the ability to make better decisions, factor in some exercise, take on more fruit and veg and eat less processed food and junk food and drink more water whilst cutting back on alcohol.. it’s a choice ..

So, take this message from a 42 year old woman whose hormones are kicking her ass… You won’t regret it.. just get stuck in, go for a walk, drink more water, get more sleep, get off your phone, stop with thee weekend blow outs , none of those blowouts are doing you ANY good .. and if you need help ? 📍5 minute dinner ideas… YES PLEASE 🤩

Fresh tuna 🍣 steak (half price atm in Sainsburys too 🥳)

Preheat frying pan coated with spray oil and have it hot 🔥

Pop in your tuna steaks in, season with black pepper

I used a pouch of microwave rice .. get that on too 🧑‍🍳

When the rice is ready, flip your tuna steaks (they’ve been cooking for 2.5 mins by now ) .. prep your salad.. dinner won’t be long

When tuna cooked all the way through, serve with half pouch of microwave rice and enjoy ☺️

Low fat, high protein, tasty 🤤
