A little insight into my pelvic health presentation from Saturday 🩷

I loved having the opportunity to chat about pelvic health from a physiotherapy perspective, covering everything from the pelvic floor, bladder & bowel health, prolapse, pelvic pain and Pilates.

Pelvic health is so much more than just the pelvic floor and there is lots we can do to support our bodies, improve function and feel stronger 💪🏼✨

Nearly halfway through my first block back after maternity leave 🥹 …and in our new location too! 🤍

I’m so grateful for all of my lovely clients for their continued support and understanding as I navigate this new chapter of balancing work and motherhood. 🫶🏼
