In just one week I'll be running this intensive introduction to salsa and bachata workshop :) Salsa was both the first dance style I learned, and the first class I started teaching (over 17 years ago now!! 🙈).. I've had the biggest break from teaching it and I'm so excited to be back, so much fun and such fab music! If you've been thinking about giving it a go - this is your sign! A perfect way to give it a try, especially for those who can't get out in the evenings or commit to a weekly class. We have our matinee party coming up on Sat 14th Nov too so get some moves under your belt and come boogie with us!

Send me a msg to book now!

This wonderful bunch raised £150 for Lemur Love last night for World Lemur Week! And we had a blast doing it! Dressing up and generally having a good silly, sweaty, dance together 😆💜🦇💃🎃 Thank you so much ladies!! 😘

98% of lemur species are currently threatened with extinction but together we can work to save them! If you want to find out more about lemurs and world lemur day then head to the Lemur Conservation Network, visit Lemur Love, or ask me and I will happily talk your arm off about these amazing animals!

Something is happening....👀

It's been a while guys! If you're still here thank you for sticking around and sorry for the radio silence! I've had the longest break from dancing ever so far, letting my knee recover, being back at uni and tbh having some challenging times...but I neeeeeed dance in my life again and I miss teaching and seeing you all! 🫶

I don't know just yet what coming back will look like or future plans, I'm only dipping a toe back in for now...but after a tentative trial run of dance fit I'm pleased to say this class is now BACK! Every Weds 6pm at Rooftop Studios in Leek. It's dancing solo for fun and fitness, a big old mash up of lots of different styles - we have a dance (and a sing along too sometimes!), forget about the world for 45 mins and leave feeling better. Pop me a message if you want to join!

If you see this post show us some love and give us a like or a comment I'd love to hear from you 😚😚
