Something is happening....👀
It's been a while guys! If you're still here thank you for sticking around and sorry for the radio silence! I've had the longest break from dancing ever so far, letting my knee recover, being back at uni and tbh having some challenging times...but I neeeeeed dance in my life again and I miss teaching and seeing you all! 🫶
I don't know just yet what coming back will look like or future plans, I'm only dipping a toe back in for now...but after a tentative trial run of dance fit I'm pleased to say this class is now BACK! Every Weds 6pm at Rooftop Studios in Leek. It's dancing solo for fun and fitness, a big old mash up of lots of different styles - we have a dance (and a sing along too sometimes!), forget about the world for 45 mins and leave feeling better.
