Worksop RD1!

I honestly can’t believe we are at the start of the winter season already!!

Qualifying went well in both classes both B finals which I was super happy with. 5th in 2wd and 8th in 4wd.

Both my and were dialled! I worked with the team to get the most out of my cars and definitely found more pace with their help.
Set up sheets to follow!

The 4wd final was a complete disaster after me getting drilled and penalised for it I ended the run early finishing P11.

The 2wd final was much better. Had some great battles with various people in the final. Some good clean racing. I ended up finishing P4 in the B which was a good end to the day.

Well done to all the team. A few Yokomos in the main finals too 😉

Managed to take the TQ and WIN at MB Raceway on Wednesday night.

My was on the money all night allowing me to take TQ in all 3 rounds of qualifying.

The final was pretty a pretty good close race between me and Seth Shillito RC but I managed to take the win! 🏆

Nice to see a Yokomo UK Team top 3 lockout too!

Wednesday Night Worlds back in full swing back at MB Raceway!

I managed to qualify P2 on the night. My was dialled all night. My times in each qualifying round were very consistent which is always great to see!

The final was really clean. I managed to stay within a second to Will Skidmore RC for the first part of the race but he found another gear and managed to pull away. 😝

I managed to finish where I started in P2 which I was really happy with!

Well done to Will for the TQ and Win and Seth Shillito RC in 3rd!

Summer 2026!

After a summer full of racing here are some of my best achievements!

I achieved my F2N in my first year of BRCA 1:10th Off Road Nationals

Made a National C final in 4wd at Bury Metro RCC

Finished 54th overall in the 2wd national championship

Finished 43rd overall in the 4wd national championship👌

Winner of the Batley Buggy Club championship

Batley Classic Winner in 2wd Mod and Rear motor!!

MB Raceway Spring Cup Championship winner and Summer Cup winner!

Finished 2nd overall in the BRCA North East Regionals series which is a huge improvement on last year.

Well done to Archie Bowman RC for doing the Double! 🥇🥇

Special mention the everyone in the Yokomo pits at all levels for the fun laughs. Let’s see what summer 2027 brings!

Batley Buggy Club Championship 2026!

Round 7 this weekend would see a rapid Oliver Nattress turn up for the final round.

In 2WD I would line up 2nd on the grid and after a mechanical issue from Oliver I would take the win! I had already wrapped up the 2wd championship up at the previous round but this win would seal the deal!

In 4wd I would line up p3 on the grid again behind Oliver and Alex Pyatt. After a mega battle with Alex and some electrical issues from Oli I would take the Win!

My and have been a pleasure to drive all year!

Well done to griggs rc for 2nd overall and Lee Carter on 3rd locking the podium out with Yokomos!!

Shout out to young Rhys for the brilliant commentary all day 🤣

BRCA 1:10th Off Road Nationals 2026 Romeo Done!

Round 6 would be held at my local track Batley Buggy Club! What an unbelievable job the Batley crew did. Credit to everyone who took the time to help at the track and get it to a really good National Standard.
Both layouts flowed and were super fun to drive.

I was hoping for a bit of home advantage at this National but unfortunately the rain came at the wrong time for me across both days. ☹️

2wd would start well with a 30 in round 1. Unfortunately due to the weather and poor driving from my self I would back the round score up with a 72 which would set me 84th overall. Unfortunately my worst result this year.
Nevertheless I had a really good race in the final and managed to finish where I started.

4wd would start well with a 22 In round 1.
Again due to weather and poor driving I would back it up with a 55 lining me up 47th overall.
Not the best day but still inside my aim of top 50 throughout this year.
From 7th on the grid I managed to take the win and fastest lap over the 5 minutes after some really good battles.

In 2wd I would finish 54th
In 4wd I would finish 43rd in the championships which I don’t think is too bad for my first year competing in the national series.

I managed to gain my F2N In both classes which I was super pleased with 😁

My and have performed brilliantly all year. Bring on 2027!!

BRCA 1:10th Off Road Nationals Round 4 at the always sunny Southport Radio Car Club Romeo Done!

The Southport team did an amazing job with the track and the Brca team ran a brilliant meeting!

2wd was Ace from start to finish. My was on the money all day. I really enjoyed the layout and my car was a dream to drive.

I managed to qualify 39th overall making my best result to date D final! Really pleased with this result as it makes all the hard work and effort put in worth it.

4wd was a little bit different. I struggled with the layout as it was totally different from the previous 2wd layout but ultimately it’s the same for everyone. My was really easy to drive but it’s a shame the driver behind the wheel kept making silly errors. I would finish G5 from 9th on the grid.
