SKIPTON AWAY DAY.

18 kms through the beautiful English countryside.

Was worried about the rain coming, but that was absolutely glorious.

We even got free plums at the train station.

Thanks so much to Alex Womersley for planning the route and leading.

Tempo Rush is back again tomorrow on our Wednesday Rush calendar.

We’ll be setting off in 4 groups with different Tempo paces as below:

Group 1- Averaging~ 6.00mins/km
Group 2- Averaging~ 5.30mins/km
Group 3- Averaging~ 5.00mins/km
Group 4- Averaging~ 4.30mins/km

Ps- All paces subject to changes based on runner abilities and run leader availability.

We’ll be taking our 10km Halton Moor- York Road route.

Time: 6pm for 6:15pm set off

Meeting Venue: Leeds dock Amphitheatre.

To join us tomorrow;

-Sign the H&S waiver if you already haven’t
- Book unto session via runtogether
-check in with one of our leaders when you arrive on the day.

Join us for this week’s Monday Move social run

Choose from one of the following groups:

Beginner 3-4km - Targeted at those just getting into running, an easy pace with plenty of re-group stops

Steady 5-6km - Targeted at those who can comfortably run the distance, a leisurely pace with a few re-group stops

Speedy 7-8km - Targeted at those looking for a faster paced social group, at least one re-group stop halfway around

Setting off at 6.15pm from Armouries Way, Leeds Dock, LS10 1LT.

When you move. We come to you.

Join us for a 12km run starting and ending at Horsforth train station.

We will be heading to Paul's Pond, Golden Acre Park, and looping round Adel Damn Nature Reserve.

This route is stunning, and you can often see 🦌

Train from Leeds train station 10:06 am.
Run starts at 10.30 am in Horsforth if you want to meet us there.

Finishing at Drift Coffee for the de-brief before trains back to Leeds.

We are mega excited for this one.
