An absolutely stunning day for the 6-Counties Past Captains annual meeting ☀️
It was Cornwall’s time to host this year and we were honoured to be the host club. Well done to LGC stalwarts John Bassett, John Rumbold and Dave Bundy for their organisation and running of the event.
The course was in great order with a superb team effort from the Pro Shop, Office, Catering and Green-Keeping staff.
Congratulations to this year’s winners who were Dorset 🏆
The best pair were from Cornwall with 47pts.

Great few days here at Launceston Golf Club, topped off with a fantastic day for ‘Bernie’s Challenge’ 🤩

Congratulations to Julie Brown for winning this year with an impressive 40 Stableford points 🏆

Nearest the Pin on the 4th was won by Baron Dorgan, receiving a Bacon Bap and Coffee (or Guinness!) 😋 — Bernie’s favourite — kindly donated by Men’s Captain Steve Hadfield. Nearest the Pin on the 17th was won by Val Dickens winning a 4Ball at Cape Cornwall.

A huge thank you to Steve Hadfield and Helen Davey for their work as Starters. You both did Bernie proud 👏

Bernie was certainly missed, but it was lovely to see everyone come together in his memory ⛳️
