Abs-Solute is taking part in Launceston Carnival on Saturday 10th October and this year we're going full CHRISTMAS! 😂🎄

We'll have our Christmas float going through town to promote the Abs-Solute Santa Run on 12th December — and we want as many of you involved as possible!

We want a HUGE crowd of us walking alongside the float, handing out candy canes, making loads of noise and getting everyone in Launceston excited for the Santa Run!

Members, friends, partners and families are all welcome. The more of us we can get involved, the better it's going to look!

WHAT. A. MORNING. 🔥

Team Abs-Solute has been flying the flag across Europe and the UK today, and we couldn't be prouder.

🏃 Driathlon 🥉 Yas & Dave smashed out an incredible score of 1448, earning 3rd place overall in the country! An outstanding performance against some seriously tough competition.

🌍 Mel & Roddy put on a masterclass, finishing with 1301 and setting a brand new WORLD RECORD in the combined age 100+ category! An incredible achievement that proves age is just a number.

🏋️ Powerlifting Europeans – Italy 🥇 Nikki battled through brutal temperatures to claim 1st place in her age and weight category with an impressive 340kg total. It wasn't the day conditions anyone wanted, but champions find a way—and Nikki did exactly that.

Days like today remind us what this community is all about. Hard work. Dedication. Resilience. And people who refuse to settle for average.

Every one of you has made the entire Abs-Solute family proud today. Enjoy these moments—you've earned them.

This weekend we open the doors for our soft launch — and trust us, you’re going to want in.

From 10:00am – 5:00pm, we’ll be running exclusive 1 hour 15 minute spa sessions designed for pure switch-off and recovery.

To celebrate the launch, all sessions are completely FREE on Saturday & Sunday.

Each booking includes access to:

• Steam room
• Sauna
• Ice cold plunge pool
• Hot tub
• Hydro flow pool

Plus:

• Full use of the spa for your session
