On Saturday we hosted an in-house masterclass with Liam Holmes - Head of Nutrition at , breaking down what it really takes to fuel endurance performance.

We covered everything from aerobic limits, macros and hydration to carb loading, race-day fuelling and supplementation - with one clear message:

Stop guessing. Start fuelling with intent.

Performance isn’t reactive - it’s planned, practiced and replicated.

Big thanks to Liam for delivering a session packed with practical takeaways our members can now apply straight into their training and events 👏
