Massive shout out to one of my amazing clients Sheryl Horner Jenkins this girl has blown me away over the weeks, months and years of hard work and graft. She never gave up on her goal to change her physique but also changing her whole lifestyle and attitude towards nutrition and training.
Sheryl has lost over 11 stone with no fad diets, extreme exercises or starvation. But by eating more clean foods and weight training 5 x a week. Sheryl was sitting at almost 19 stone in the first photo on Herbalife shake diet not even consuming 1000 calories a day.
