🚨Proud Instructor Post Alert🚨
Wednesday is always double Assassin day. Since we’ve moved to the gym, people have been making the use of their memberships and hitting both classes! It’s been awesome to see the transformation… and I don’t mean in body shape.
They’ve shown commitment and love the fact they get the same class but with different tracks so we always mix it up every class 😏 Assassin is TOUGH! So to turn up twice in the one day is no easy task, but what I love most is that there are some people who down right refused to attempt a Burpee of any level in the beginning…. Now they complete full tracks and give every Burpee a good go 💪 They have looked beyond what they think looks too hard and shown themselves just what their body is capable of!! It makes me happy in my soul 🥰
So a massive well done to everyone who comes to all my classes! Constantly pushing themselves forward and sometimes into positions (they tell me) they’ve never been in before 👀🤷🏼♀️ You are all incredible 🥰
