It's great to see my wee cumbernauld class getting more students through the door and the class starting to take shape 😁

I'm away next Tuesday and Thursday folks so I won't be present to take the classes.
The cumbernauld class is shut next Tuesday unfortunately as I have no one to cover the class.

Queenzieburn Hall is still open and will be covered by Vanessa Morris

Remember queenzieburn has their grading this thursday, so please keep practicing your patterns at home and read up on the grading terminology sheets I printed off for you all.

Happy Wednesday folks, just to let everyone know that class is on from 5pm-6.30pm tomorrow at Queenzieburn Hall to help with the patterns, get that little extra practice in before next weeks grading :)

The extra half hour is not compulsory to those training, its there for those who want the extra training :)

If your not grading next week you don't need to be there untill 6.30 and can leave at 6pm

Rainbow grades don't need to be there untill 6.30pm either.

Hopefully after today we will have some brand new blackbelts to the team!

My instructor Mr Martin Risk has a bunch of his students going for their black belts today and I want to wish them the best of luck for today.
And best of luck to young Luca who is going for his 1st point grading after his black belt 👏

Happy friday folks.

I forgot to mention to the Queenzieburn Hall class yesterday, the grading date will be in 2 weeks. Thursday 4th June.

So the grading assessment with be next week.
And the grading letters will be handed out next week.

Keep practicing your patterns at home and we will continue next Thursday 👊

Remember my cumbernauld class is up and running for anyone who wants to get extra practice in

Cumbernauld class is kicking off nicely with its 2nd week with students coming through the doors. And with happy faces leaving to go home too :)

Well done everyone who came to class today, you all done really well and kept the pace up :)

Ive even had interest from the parents at the side of the hall asking about joing too, hopefully down the line i could get more interest from adults wanting to train and I could organize an adults only class!!!
But we can only wait and see :)

First time for me today

Going into kilsyth primary school today for there health week
Taking taekwon-do classes with school All day so hopefully the kids enjoy :)
And hopefully get more people to come into the queenzieburn classes

Leaflet dropping week as started in cumbernauld for the opening of my new class this Tuesday coming!!

Remember folks your fees you pay are for unlimited training so you can make as many classes of mine or with my instructor/ co instructors classes for no extra cost.

Its a warm day today so all students at queenzieburn hall are aloud to train with there dobok tops ( suit tops ) off today and wear a T-shirt.. And bring plenty of water 💧
