Writing meal plans and nutrition guides has to be my fave thing these days, I’m feeling so inspired since launching Move Online! I’m using this to create amazing support systems for my online clients, leaving no one in the dark but without overwhelming them.

Having a weight loss or fitness goal is great and sometimes knowing where to start can be hard work! Even with experience, getting ready to start can be a lot to think about and it sometimes is so much pressure keeping it up while we work full time.

Being a fitness coach means I can help take away those stresses for you and guide you through week by week to ensure you are progressing, nearing your goals but most of all without feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

I’ve spent nearly 10 years in the fitness industry first as recreation and now as a coach, and I’ve spent hours creating user friendly guides, videos and coaching methods to help the users at Move Online make the most out of their money, time and to make it enjoyable!

This is what my dinners look like following a healthy, balanced diet! I eat high protein 80% of the time, try my best to have veg once or twice per day and minimum 100g protein 👩🏼‍💻this way I know I’m fuelling my body without totally overthinking it! But it’s taken time, energy, trial and error, fails and wind and a lot of training and research.

if you want to lose body fat, feel fitter and more in control of your health and fitness, I can help you get there. I’m not asking you for a huge commitment, with my approach it will feel like small, stress free changes that lead to long term healthy habits!

I will provide you with easy recipes, over 200 of them and lots of information guides to read at your measure to help you integrate these changes into your food planning / workout planning. Just DM me :)

we know the truth.. only because we’ve done it too! And here’s what happened.. ⬇️

I used to be so so terrible at just walking past sweetie tubs and sticking my hand in! An eclairs here, haribo there and I would never put it into my fitness pal!

Here’s what happened

1. I got frustrated when I wasn’t reaching my goals the way I wanted to! 🙄

2. I would start thinking ‘what’s the point’ and go off the rails and raid the cupboards, or I’d take it to far and wouldn’t have any fun resulting in a binge when cravings got to bad!

I also didn’t notice the impact on my skin, I was having breakouts every other week that lasted ages!

So I started tracking and realised I was eating 200 sometimes 300 additional calories per day! Even things like opening the fridge and grabbing a bite of something.

200 x 7 = 1400 per WEEK!!! ‼️That’s why I wasn’t reaching my goals!

Moral of the story, it won’t impact me if you don’t track them, but it will impact your goals 🦋

Joining a fitness class is a great way to start exercising 🧘‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

If you have been thinking about wanting to lose weight, tone up or just generally get fitter but don’t know what you enjoy or what exercises are better for what, then a fitness class can help you figure that out!

Most Gyms and studios near you will have a variety of classes you can try, relaxed forms of exercising, high intensity, body weight, entertainment like Zumba and more commonly now strength classes.

Understanding what you enjoy should be priority! And I know some of you will say ‘I don’t enjoy anything fitness’ but if you find a coach or a class you like it really can make all the difference 🥇

Having a small business when life is going through turmoil is so up and down! but watching the coaches laugh and smile with their clients genuinely makes it all worth it. I'm so glad that we all feel comfortable enough to relax during exercise, it's not as daunting when you are surrounded by people who support you.

EXAM SEASON💻🏫👩🏼‍💻🎓👩🏼‍🎓

Over the next few weeks I have all my final exams, deadlines and my dissertation 😬😳, I’m working through juggling my student life along with my work life and as we know that can be difficult, especially at this time of year, if by chance I have to contact you and see if your class can be moved/ or rescheduled its just all down to how hard my uni schedule has been atm, I sincerely apologise about this and hope to be back in the swing of things once the stress has blown over✅

I appreciate all of my clients who are putting up with this as of right now , I owe you all big time😂😅!!!

Because we give ourself TOO MUCH!

without changes to our diet and or exercise.... We see NO CHANGE

Shocking right??? outrageous..

how about this week instead of starting Monday, we just START.✅✅✅
