​We are absolutely thrilled to announce our next beautiful "Day Treat" is here! We have loved hosting these special days for years, and this time, we are making it extra special.

​Join Jacqui () and I for a nourishing day at the gorgeous Brigsteer Village Hall, just near Kendal. We are extending our day slightly to welcome the incredible Lauren, who will be joining us to lead a truly magical sound bath to finish.

The Sunday Reset Highlights 🌿

My heart is so full after yesterday! A massive thank you to everyone who joined Lin and me for our very first Sunday Reset. It was exactly what we had hoped for, a morning dedicated to feeling good from the inside out.

We started on our mats at the Fellside Centre with an hour of Pilates specifically for gut health. There was such a lovely, grounding energy in the room as we moved through those twists and mobilisations to wake up the body and support our digestion. 🧘‍♀️✨

Then, the sun actually came out for us! ☀️ We sat outside to enjoy coffee and our homemade cakes. It was so special to see everyone connecting and chatting before diving into the "Make" part of the morning. 🍰☕️

Lin was absolutely brilliant, guiding us through the art of fermentation. Seeing the room full of people getting stuck into making their own sauerkraut was such a joy. Everyone headed home with a "jar of goodness" and, I hope, a sense of total reset. 🥬🥣

Thank you for bringing such wonderful energy and making the day so successful. I’m already looking forward to the next one!

🧘‍♀️ Our Next Pilates Block is Officially Open! 🧘‍♂️

​It is time to get those mats ready! Bookings are now open for our upcoming block starting the week of 27th April.

​✨ Exciting News for Thursdays!

​I am absolutely thrilled to announce that Pilates for Happy Bones (Thursday mornings at 9:30 am) is officially here to stay! 🦴✨

​This class has been so well received and has grown such a lovely following that it is now a permanent part of our weekly schedule. If you’re looking for a session focused on bone health, strength, and mindful movement to start your day, this is the one for you!

​📅 The Details:

​The new block runs from 27th April through to late June.

​Mondays: Evening sessions (6-week block)

​Tuesdays: Morning & Evening sessions (8-week block)

​Wednesdays: Evening sessions (8-week block)

​Thursdays: The now-permanent 9:30 am class + Evening sessions (8-week block)

​(Quick reminder: I’ll be taking a little break the week of 8th June, so there will be no classes that week!)

✨ THE SUNDAY RESET: Move, Meet & Make 🤸🏻‍♀️☕🥬

I am so excited to announce that I’m teaming up with the wonderful Lin Petry for a morning to feel grounded, nourished, and inspired.

What's in store for our "Reset"?

🤸🏻‍♀️ MOVE: We’ll begin the morning with a Pilates practice designed to support your digestive system. Through a series of mindful flexions, rotations, and mobility work designed to massage the internal organs and get things moving from the inside out.

☕ MEET: Time to slow down! We’ll enjoy a relaxed social break with plenty of coffee, delicious cake, and good conversation.

🥬 MAKE: A hands on sauerkraut workshop with Lin! Lin is a registered nutritional therapist who makes healthy eating feel simple and powerful. You’ll learn the art of fermentation and leave with your very own jar of gut-friendly goodness.

✨ NEW CLASS ALERT: Pilates for Happy Bones! 🦴✨

I am so excited to introduce a brand-new session to the weekly schedule from the 2nd of April.

This class is all about building a stronger foundation. We’ll be using extra equipment to add resistance and weight, essential for maintaining and improving bone density.

Plus, we’ll be focusing on the "big three": Strength, Stability, and Balance to keep you feeling confident and steady on your feet.

🗓 When: Thursdays, 9:30 am – 10:15 am

📍 Where: At Kerry's beautiful and bright new studio: Bridgeside Studio, Sand Aire House, Stramongate, Kendal, LA9 4AU.

🗓 Dates: 2nd April – 23rd April (4-week block)

💰 Cost: £38

First block of 2026 finished last week and now it is time for me to take a little rest 🙏🏻❤️.

Thank you everyone for a great start of the year, it has been great to see so many of you coming back and so many starting too.

The next block starts on Monday the 9th of March and all classes are super busy! 🙏🏻.

News of a new class coming out soon too! Exciting times with ahead 😊😊.

Thank you very much to everyone who attended the Pilates for Happy Bones class yesterday (Saturday 21st of Feb) 🙏🏻.

We all moved, laughed, drank coffee/tea and ate plenty of cakes and croissants 😋!

Planning the next one already so I will keep you posted as soon as I get a date in the diary 😊.

Very grateful to be part of such an amazing group of people that love Pilates and connecting with others ❤️
