John H has supported our referees, mentoring them so they can achieve promotion.

Olivia A and Rou F are fantastic referees. We are very proud of both of them. They have grown in confidence and shown an excellent quality of refereeing on the pitch

The Kent Valley Junior Football League actively promotes positive behaviour across all age groups by working closely with clubs, coaches, players, parents and referees, the league embeds The FA’s Respect and behavioural initiatives into the day to day running of grassroots football. The league has also introduced a Team of the Month competition that recognises and rewards positive behaviour, sportsmanship, and respect. The league sets an excellent example of how grassroots football can be both competitive and respectful, creating a better experience for all participants.

FUTURE FIT 3v3 RE-ARRANGED EVENT |

Westmorland County FA are pleased to share that, in partnership with the Kent Valley Junior Football League they will be hosting the re-arranged Future Fit 3v3 demonstration event on Sunday 14th June 2026.

The purpose of this event is to showcase how 3v3 football at U7 may look next season and to provide an opportunity for clubs to ask questions about the Future Fit changes coming in the 2026/27 season.

This event is open to all club officials and volunteers who will be supporting next season’s U7 teams.
