We understand that often the toughest part of joining a gym is getting your foot in the door for the first time.
What is inside? Where are the toilets? Where do I get changed? Where are the leg machines? Is there somewhere to stretch?...

So we have decided to offer video walkaround tours that you can watch from the comfort of your own home and familiarise yourself with the surroundings before you even open the door. This way all questions are answered and the mind is at ease so you can enjoy your first session 🙌🏼

Just drop us a dm with your email or number (however you'd prefer to receive the video) and then we will send it through for you over the weekend 🙌🏼

New machine added this morning at The Muscle Factory 🤗

Our new pull up/dip machine was installed this morning!! When asking around, this was one of the machines that kept coming up so we have been hunting around for the one we feel is right to be added here!

We hope you all love the new addition and can't wait to see you all enjoy getting those pull ups 🙌🏼💪🏼🔥

A little bit of a personal one here...

As all our members know, we are crazy dog people. Our fur babies are our absolute world and we cannot comprehend anyone who would allow any harm to come upon these amazing pets.

We've been so upset seeing the latest images of poor Luna at Berwick Animal Rescue Kennels and we just had to do something to help.

So, we have put together a little hamper of goodies that we will be giving away to a lucky winner on Sunday. £1 entry donation goes to B.A.R.K 🐶

We have been getting asked a lot about membership options recently, especially with regards to those of you working in the area or on holiday. We always offer short stay memberships for these reasons. From 1 week to a stand alone month we always find a membership to suit everyone.

Monthly memberships, day passes and work/holiday memberships are always available. Just drop us a message 💪🏼

With lovely Erin running the show for your little ones, we are now opening spaces beginning Tuesday the 16th of June at 10am

As previously mentioned, we are just trialling this so please be patient with us as we try to find days/times etc to suit as many people as possible. If interest is high we may be able to add more options.

Spaces are open for ALL. You do not need to be a member. Current members will receive this service completely free. If you are not a member, you will simply pay as a day‐pass member of £7.80 🙌🏼

CALLING ALL PARENTS - WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! 📢

We’re looking to trial something new at The Muscle Factory… We have lovely Erin, an Early years practitioner, joining us on a trial basis to offer childminding while parents get some time for themselves and enjoy their workout 💪🏼

We know finding time as parents can be so difficult, so we want to make training more accessible and give parents an hour to focus on themselves without the stress of childcare.

We would be starting with 1 hour sessions once a week initially to gauge interest and then look at building and altering as we go depending on numbers etc.
Free for all Muscle Factory members and will be open to non-members too.

But we would love your input!
