The reason things have been a bit quiet around here!! 💍

After 9 years together and a 6 month engagement we are getting married this Saturday. 🥂🎉

It’s been a busy time getting organised and I can’t wait to marry this handsome guy. My top supporter and a massive help to me behind the scenes with all the stuff that comes with running a business. Maybe we’ll see him in a class sometime soon 🧐

Outside yoga on a Tuesday night 🙌🏻 🧘🏼‍♀️🌞

Finally in our 3rd year of classes at Sprouston Village Hall the weather was ideal for a practice outside in the lovely private space at the back of the hall.

Our first class of S U M M E R ❤️‍🔥
• Fire element
• Organs: Heart & Small intestine
• Lots of focus on arm movements, feeling expansion through our bodies and opening of the chest- heart space
• Feeling outward energy, joy, vibrancy, love, strength and being expressive

Fun in class tonight challenging upper body strength. After our warm up and flow we had a relaxed end to class working towards Sirsasana (headstand) and Urdhva Dhanurasana (wheel pose). We broke the postures down and each practiced to a point we were happy and comfortable with. Here’s one of the group in wheel pose 👏🏻 guess who?! 👇🏼

What a lovely surprise to have my sister travel over from Berwick for class tonight 🤩🧘🏼‍♀️ thanks Shiv! 🫶🏻 and good job, keep practicing 💪🏼🙏🏼 Lovely to have you with us for an Early Summer practice working on mobilising the shoulders and building upper body strength.

Snacks for breakfast and herbal tea will be provided 🥐 ☕️ but ofcourse you can bring whatever else you’d also like.

I’ve had a few of you asking about Friday night beach yoga at Spittal - Thank you! It was always in the plan for 2026 but it’s just not quite been the weather… however, THIS Friday night looks beautiful so we’ll be there.

We meet on the sand at Spittal Point car park under the big old chimney with a lovely view over to the lighthouse. These will be fun and dynamic yoga sessions including movement, breath practice and meditation. Suitable for all.

This group this morning 🙌🏻 wow, the energy 🤩 what troopers! After a beautiful week of ☀️ the weather this morning humbled us!… But I still got the fire going 😆😉
Puddle dodging all the way to the beach 🚗 🌧️
On our feet for our movement and breath practice, wild waves as is the norm at Cocklawburn but smiles all round. Barriers broken, new confidence found, fun and chats with new folk.
If you can enjoy a morning like this, you are my people 🫶🏻🥰 Thanks for being there and have a fab May! Hope to see you at the start of June 🧘🏼‍♀️🔥🌊
