Due to popular demand we have a new Beginner Pole Course that is starting Thursday 18th June and is perfect for those brand new to pole fitness – no experience needed! Grab a friend and come and see what it’s all about.

At Studio Essence, you’ll learn the foundations of pole in a fun, supportive and empowering environment while building strength, confidence and coordination.
