hi guys keep getting asked about the club doing a starters class for exercise and boxing. so going to be doing an open class this coming friday before the fighters class. so for those of you that want to do a bit of fittnes based around boxing this will be perfect for you. the class will be from 7 to 8pm friday the 8th, the first session will be free to everyone. but its totally for new people only. Any that have experince are welcome to come to the normal boxing classes.
