We would never let you have to pay to park.

We don’t even charge you for food and drink at the bbq’s we’ve had. Never mind car parking.

So when you enter the gym, scan the QR code on the wall on the right hand side and input your details, sorted.

If you walked, I wouldn’t worry too much about the QR code.

JACKED Gym HYROX Half Sim 🔥

What a session! We had first timers, experienced HYROX athletes, and people just coming along for fun — and every single person gave 100%.

The support, energy, and encouragement from everyone involved helped carry the whole group right through to the finish 👏

Smith machine took a whack the other day when someone let the bar go with the weights on, snapped the cable.

We don’t let things stay broken.

We also don’t want stuff broken, so please be mindful when using the kit.

It happens, we get that, but some breakages can be avoided.

Basic gym rules and etiquette.

❗️Put your weights away. Not leave them laying around on the floor, against the walls or on the machines.

This example above was 2 lads leaving their weights on the floor, then proceeding to the leave the hack squat fully loaded.

1 strike each.

3 strikes and membership gone, this is literally the last place you should be lazy in.

‼️ Tops on when training.

Tops allowed off for a progress photos, but not to train.

Again, 3 strikes and out.

If you struggle with the above rules, we can recommend another local gym for you to join.
