A lot of people are surprised when we get parents involved with our parent - kids class. This one is for both of you!
The class runs on a Sunday morning with coach Pepper and is a structured fun session where kids and parents train side by side.
No pressure just a bit of chaos in the best way.

Dan is taking over our thursday nights, having already held his CrossFit level one, he recently gained his Crossfit level two.
