Liam - Personal trainer

Our newest member of staff Liam has quickly found his feet at Fit4All. He's getting to know all the members and is really shining through his classes.

Liam is particularly interested with hybrid training, and offers personal training in a multitude of areas to help you achieve your goals.

Outside of the gym, Liam is a keen skateboarder so you may catch him pulling a few pop shove-its down the skatepark!

Our friends at The Victoria Hotel in Burnham-on-Sea hosted a charity fundraiser day on Sunday to help raise money for .

We were only too happy to provide the spin bike for their 12hr cycle - and Vinny even did a little set on the guitar 🎸

It was great to see some gym members get involved too - doing their share on the bike!! Well done to everyone involved 🚴🎉👏🏼
