Each teacher at Freesoles has their own specialism and passion for dance. Between us we have a huge variety of professional dance training and performance experience which means we can pass this on to you!

High quality teaching is vital to the safe and smooth running of the school, so we ensure that all of our teachers are qualified, DBS checked with full safeguarding training, and take on continued professional development wherever available.

NEXT WEEK, it's time for our "Try Another Class"/"Bring A Friend For FREE" week! We'd love to see you there!

For the week of September 7th, 8th and 12th, come along and try another class or two at Freesoles for FREE! Or, bring along a friend for free who you think might enjoy! It's a great opportunity to give something new a go 🥰

You're welcome to attend any additional class you like that week, at any of our locations, and your friend is welcome to come, too!

To take part, just speak to Vicky or a teacher at class and make them aware of what you'll be trialling and who will be coming. It's as simple as that! 😁

Hear more about our brand new class in Hessle, "Disco Ducks", from our Principal Vicky! 😁🦆

"Disco Ducks" runs on Mondays in Hessle from 4:30pm every week, all-year-round, for 4-7 year olds! Just £22 per month! 😱

This is a multi-dance style class where each term is themed to something new, starting with "KPop Demon Hunters" this Autumn! There's a fun Halloween class this term too, a Christmas presentation to parents, and dances worked on in the class will be part of our annual show in January. We'd love to see you for a trial! 😁

(Please note: there is no class on Monday 31st August due to the bank holiday)

Looking to reconnect with your dance skills, or simply looking to start something new? Want to use your Tuesday evenings to find a new burst of new energy? Join us for Adult Ballet classes on Tuesday evenings in Hedon, the perfect way to stay fit and make new friends! 😁

Classes take place on Tuesdays at 7:10pm at D'Angelos Dance Academy and they run all year round. So now is the perfect time to give it a try! We'd love to meet you for a trial session!

As well as being lots of fun, dance is a fantastic way to help young children develop their gross motor skills! Through jumping, turning, balancing, travelling and learning different movements, children can build strength, coordination, balance and body control, all while dancing to music and having a brilliant time! 💃🕺
