Kool Kickers linedancing I teach four line dance classes in Herefordshire. My classes at Westfields are suitable for Absolute Beginners to Intermediate.

Monday - Clehonger Village Hall 1.30-3.000pm
Tuesday Westfields Community Hall 6.30 - 7.30pm
Tuesday Westfields Community Hall 7.30 - 9.30pm
Wednesday Much Birch 7.30pm - 9.30pm Much Birch is suitable for High Beginner to Intermediate. Clehonger is an Absolute Beginner class
We are a very friendly group and enjoy dancing to all genres of music. Kool Kickers is a well

established line dance class run by an experienced, fully qualified teacher with over 28 years teaching experience. I am also a very enthusiastic Choreographer and have recently choreographed a number of dances. My classes are very friendly and we welcome ladies, gents and children (accompanied by an adult) of all ages. I teach dances of all levels to all genres of music. Everyone enjoys themselves and we are like one happy family of dancers. Line dancing brings smiles to people's faces along with a lot of laughter. Line dancing is a natural icebreaker. It is a great way to meet people and to make new friends. Line dancing is a brilliant form of exercise and can be as gentle or as energetic as you want it to be. People love to line dance because the dance moves are easy to learn and it doesn't require you to co-ordinate moves with a partner. It can be easier for some if they come along with a friend but please feel re-assured that this isn't necessary as the minute that you walk through the doors of my classes you will find a room full of friends that you haven't yet met! KOOL KICKERS LINE DANCING
Another very busy but fabulous week for me. It was my birthday on Thursday and friends and family made it so special for me this year. It wasn’t a particularly special birthday but it was the first one since losing Michael. Thank you so much everyone, it has really meant so much to me being with you all during the week.
Thanks to Ann (Stedman) for the cakes this week – next week it is my turn to make cakes for the Much Birch class’
Thanks also to Kath for the cakes at Westfields – next week Marilyn will be bringing cakes = so lots of goodies again next week.
We did 4 new dances in all classes this week. I had to learn all the dances in between my socialising. We will have 3 more new dances again next week. Maybe I should stay in at the weekend!!

KOOL KICKERS LINE DANCING
I know I always say how quick these dance weeks come around. We only have a birthday once a year but my word they seem to come around so quickly especially as you get older.
All my family and close friends have made sure I had a lovely birthday this year as it was the first one since Michael passed away. The last thing he said to be in hospital is that he wanted to take me out for a meal and buy me a new dress. I bought the dress out of his last pension and wore it on my birthday. I know he was there by my side watching over all the people he so loved.
I have received so many lovely messages, cards and gifts from everyone so I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your kindness. You and my strong faith are helping me get through this difficult time.
This week we enjoyed dancing your requests at Westfield's and Much Birch - we also included 'Islands in the Stream' as a tribute to the wonderful Dolly Parton.
Next week Clehonger will enjoy dancing their requests and at both beginner's classes I will include 'Dolly Would' again remembering the late great Dolly Parton. So many fantastic dances - she will never be forgotten.
Another busy weekend for me. Tomorrow Chris Harris is at Ross Country Music Club and Sunday I have a BBQ at Belmont Abbey. It's good to keep busy and I certainly try and do that!!

KOOL KICKERS LINE DANCING
I am sure we are all jumping up and down for joy at the welcome of some rain today – at least the gardens have had some watering.
We carry on throughout August with all the birthday’s and the fabulous cakes and goodies we enjoy. We all love our 15minute break as it gives everyone chance to make firm friendships. Thank you Anne for the goodies this week at Much Birch and Sandra (Phillips) for the cake on Tuesday. Next week it is my turn to provide cakes for the Tuesday class and Sandra again for the Wednesday class.
I missed my Monday class last week and look forward to seeing you all again next Monday.

Good Morning everyone
Please can I invite you to join me in wishing Sandra a very happy birthday for today.

You are all no doubt aware that Sandra has memory problems but continues to dance at all 4 of my classes each week. Line Dancing keeps Sandra going all the time. She helps me with the equipment setting up and collecting the money, for which I am eternally grateful.

Sweet Jamaica is a dance we have been doing for several months. Sorry I am hopelessly behind with the videos and this is due to a number of reasons.
After a two hour teaching and dancing session I have been totally exhausted and it has been too hot to do the videos in my conservatory.
The other reason is I feel at the moment that I am holding down a full time job following all the world wide publicity my interviews have created. The latest contact is The Times of China.
