Just a little reminder that classes on the 21st and 24th August will not be running as I am away on holiday 🤍 (Prepare for double trouble when I see you the week after 😁)

All other classes will run as normal 🌿 If you have bought a class credit package which runs during this time then it will be extended by one week 🌸

Chair Stretch & Mobility classes 🪑✨

Looking after your body doesn’t have to mean complicated or intense exercise. This Chair Stretch & Mobility class gently works through the whole body, helping to improve flexibility, mobility, posture and ease of movement, all in a relaxed, friendly and very social atmosphere 💚

Join me tomorrow at 10.30am at Madley Parish Hall for a 60 minute class. Perfect if you want to move, stretch, unwind and have a little chat along the way! 🪑🌿

£11 per session or £35 for 4 block sessions

Daytime Pilates classes at Credenhill Community Hall start back on 7th September 🌸🌿

This is a mat-based Pilates class where I take you through a flowing sequence of exercises designed to build core strength, improve flexibility and posture, and help you feel stronger, more mobile and more connected to your body.

Suitable for all levels- all exercises can be tailored to suit your personal ability.

Expect lots of positive vibes and you can take it at your own pace where needed.

£11 per single session
£35 for 4 sessions (block booking)
