Well done to Shane, Shayla & Shar, travelled up to Newcastle Friday to box on .abc show Friday night. Shayla having her second skills bout against a good girl from both girls showing they have a promising future in the sport. Shane was also boxing a boxer in what was a real war, very entertaining for the crowd. Today we got up and visited there gym which is a phenomenal place. Shayla done 6 more rounds with the girl she boxed and little Shar also getting 6 rounds in with another lad. Really good weekend and well worth the trip up. On route back now, thanks to .abc for having us on and for the invite up 🤝 and thank you to for driving us up! Few few miles clocked up in two days 😅🥊💨 .verlander
