Rugby gives young people a positive outlet while helping them build confidence, improve fitness, develop teamwork and feel part of something.

**No previous rugby experience is needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to give it a go.**

With the season over, and the trophy cabinet full again, the senior squad are now prepping to go on their first tour in over a decade🙌🏼

Our opponents in Prague are locked in, but there are still some overheads to cover. So we’re asking for help to get the team insured, kitted up, and over to the game.
