When it comes to your journey, whether your just starting it or if your years down the line, consistency is key to making progress and achieving the goals you set out to hit 🎯

Staying consistent and not chasing perfection every day is where the discipline is created. Consistency always beats perfection, especially if you’re only perfect half the time!

Whether it was my recovery from anorexia or my fitness journey, being consistent was always the driving factor

It takes time to build the habits, ive been there, done it and got the t-shirt!

But trust me its worth it to see the growth🫶

Starting anything can be nervous, whether it’s your first day at a new gym, first day with a new coach, first run or whether it’s your first time ever setting foot into a gym facility it can all be overwhelming, I know this

Emotions can take over and you can put off starting for weeks/months maybe even years and then you create a rut you struggle to get out of

Taking that first step is always the most daunting part, but once it’s took a new found confidence will take over and you will already be half way to achieving your goals just because you’ve took the first step!

The first step towards a new and improved lifestyle🤞

So if your on the fence about starting and are afraid to take that first initial action, trust me take the leap and you’ll never regret it🙌

Absolute pleasure having some of the Shotton Colliery FC lads in to keep them ticking over after there game was called off🫡

Aim was to blow the cob webs off, get everything moving & to work on some functional fitness👏

One of the main things we focused on with Jord was creating a balanced lifestyle that he could sustain! And we nailed it👏

We included all his favourite food, a few beers, nights away and a training plan he could sustain and enjoy🤝
