Last night we had two sessions running together, my session was with a non league keeper and grassroots keeper working on footwork and speed around the goal adding in resistance training to add power to the movement
Second session was delivered by Graeme with our lads do pre season before returning to pro clubs , loads of stamina work finished of whilst extremely tired with footwork and some handling
You only get out what you put in

Great start to the week, Monday two sessions with Seaton Utd keepers working on movement around the goal , shot stopping
Tonight we carried on with our young goalkeeper development session in Hartlepool, we are looking to put in place the basic techniques to help the young keepers in the early stages of the goalkeeping journey

Tonight has been the start of our pre season sessions for senior non league keepers and also keepers from academy football looking to put in some extra work during the summer break. This proves to me these keepers have work ethic to push themselves to improve
