Great little Sunday WOD yesterday with client πͺπ» Ben was late to the session due to traffic but we didnβt let that stop us, we switched up our planned workout and replaced it with a WOD which included a squat, push and hip hinge movement, using the prowler for active rest; ensuring to keep the heart rate high and maximise the time we had π― we done this as a descending pyramid starting at 10 reps for time, although the session was short, the intensity was real π¨ donβt be afraid to step outside your comfort zone.
