🌅 While most of us were still tucked up in bed on Monday, Dom Brister and his team of golfers were already on the first tee as the sun rose over Stoke Rochford Golf Club, embarking on an incredible 72-hole charity challenge.

We are proud to be supporting this fantastic fundraising effort for Don’t Lose Hope, a charity that provides invaluable mental health and wellbeing support within our local community.

Top of the League!

We’re delighted to see all three of our men’s South Lincs Golf League teams currently sitting at the top of their respective tables.

A fantastic achievement that reflects the talent, dedication and team spirit of the golfers who proudly represent Stoke Rochford Golf Club.

A huge thank you to everyone involved, both on and off the course, for their commitment, organisation and support throughout the season.

On Saturday, our ladies competed for the Burrough Crystal Trophy in a qualifying medal competition.

The trophy was first donated by Jo Burroughs in 1978, and it became a cherished tradition for Jo to present the trophy and donate the first prize. For 48 years, we have enjoyed this special custom. Although Jo was unable to attend this year, her generous first-prize donation was gratefully received.

Congratulations to our winner, Pam Watson, who carded an excellent nett 69. Well played also to Lynn Ewart, second with nett 71, and Lara Manton, third with nett 73.

After the competition, everyone enjoyed coffee, cake, and a chance to catch up together.

What a fantastic result for two incredible prize draws!

A premium and highly sought-after Ping Tour Golf Bag, along with a voucher for the beautiful Rushcliffe Golf Club, helped raise an amazing £825 in support of our Captains’ Charities.

Another fantastic weekend of golf! After a very wet week we managed to have a glorious day for our club championships, the biggest competition of the year.

The course was in fantastic condition and the competition was well supported by men and lady members.
