This class was all about building strength, confidence and learning new skills one step at a time.

The best part? Nobody walks into their first class knowing what they're doing. We all start somewhere, and every climb, pose and little win adds up. 💫

Watching my student progress in this video is absolutely inspiring! It’s incredible to see how much strength and confidence she’s building on the aerial hoop.
