Thinking about joining but not sure what actually happens next?

Here’s the truth: there’s no big scary process. No forms to fill in, no sales pitch, no being thrown into a session you’re not ready for.

It starts with a message. Then a real conversation about your schedule, your goals, what’s stopped you before. Then a look around, on your terms, no pressure. When you’re ready, your first session is built so you know exactly what to expect.

After that, everything is built around you. Not a turn up and play session where you’re expected to do the same as everyone else.

You can tell them to look after themselves. Or you can show them.

The parents inside Field House aren't just training for themselves anymore.

They're training because they want their kids to grow up watching someone who shows up even when it's hard.

Who proves that looking after yourself isn't selfish. It's necessary.

The strongest version of you is better for everyone around you.

There comes a point where trying to do it all yourself just stops working.

That was Daniel.

He’d already lost some weight on his own, but he still felt a long way from where he wanted to be. The bigger problem was that he’d run out of steam. Like a lot of people, he knew what he should be doing, but staying consistent on your own is a different challenge altogether.

The thing that changed wasn’t some magic workout or a perfect diet.

It was having support around him.

Daniel said one of the biggest shifts came when he realised weight loss isn’t linear. Good weeks and bad weeks are part of the process. Instead of seeing every setback as failure, he learned to keep showing up.

Alongside the coaching, he completely changed his relationship with food. Rather than eating purely for enjoyment, he started eating to fuel his training and recovery without feeling like he was stuck eating boring meals.

The result?

30kg lost.

A bench press that went from 60kg to 100kg in 6 months.

And by his own admission, another jump forward since moving into our coaching-led Small Group Personal Training model.

That’s what happens when you stop trying to do it alone and start following a process you can actually stick to.

One of the biggest misconceptions about personal training is that people think they’re paying for an hour in the gym.

They’re not.

They’re paying for support and guidance.

They’re paying for someone to help them stop second-guessing themselves.

They’re paying for a coach who can meet them where they’re at, understand their challenges and help them move forward.

Because the truth is, most people don’t fail because they don’t know they should exercise.

They’ve just been trying to figure it out alone for too long.

They blame themselves.

They think they’re lazy.

They convince themselves they’ll start again on Monday.

And before long, they end up stressed, overwhelmed and anxious about their fitness.

What we do is remove that burden.

We provide the structure.

The accountability.

The coaching.

The support when work gets busy.

The support when the kids get ill.

The support when life inevitably gets in the way.

And somewhere along the journey they become stronger, fitter and healthier.

But more importantly…

They become more confident.

More happy.

More comfortable in their own skin.

Because fitness shouldn’t be something that adds stress to your life.

It should improve it.

And if we’re honest, we’ve forgotten that fitness is supposed to be fun.

The workout is only one small part of what we do.

The real value is helping people build a stronger body, a clearer mind and a better quality of life.

“I’d love to get healthier and feel better…

…but it’s not in my budget right now.”

It’s something we hear all the time.

And honestly, it’s a fair point. We all have priorities and we all have bills to pay.

But here’s a question worth asking:

How much have you already spent trying to achieve the same goal?

The gym memberships you never used.
The diets that lasted two weeks.
The supplements that promised everything.
The meal plans.
The quick fixes.
The fresh start every Monday.

Most people don’t fail because they don’t care.

Most people fail because they’re trying to do it alone.

The truth is you’re not paying for workouts.

You’re paying for accountability.
You’re paying for structure.
You’re paying for support.
You’re paying for someone to help you stay consistent when life gets busy.

Because the real cost isn’t coaching.

The real cost is spending another year feeling tired, frustrated and stuck in the same place.

Jade brings a huge amount of energy, encouragement and attention to detail to every session she coaches. She’s passionate about helping people build confidence, get stronger and enjoy training, whether you’re completely new to the gym or have been training for years.

One thing you’ll quickly notice is that Jade genuinely cares. She’ll celebrate your wins, keep you accountable and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
