Some very exciting news to share today. I am so pleased to say that I’ve been nominated for a Heart & Soul Fitness award.

This has made my day as I really do put my heart and soul into these classes so it’s great to be recognised.

I need to submit a video alongside my application so I may be calling on you for help at some point soon.

👻 Dance fitness routines to all your favourite spooky themed club classics. Varying intensities to suit all levels of fitness 👻

🐈‍⬛ Fancy dress is completely optional but there will be a prize for the best dressed both nights and some goodies for you all to take home 🐈‍⬛

Super stuff Thursday ladies. That was an amazing class full of energy! Even after The Prodigy! Another great turnout too, even with some of our regulars on holiday.

As always, I can’t thank you enough for choosing to spend your evening with me. It definitely raised my spirits when it would have been easy to stay at home feeling sorry for myself.

🧙‍♀️ Next week we go full on Halloween mode. Fancy dress is optional but there will be a prize for the best dressed and as I said on Monday, I’d really like it if I wasn’t the only one in costume. Treats will be provided for everyone who attends 👻

Who wants to come out out on Thursday? Our class is held at Langham Primary School every Thursday from 6:45-7:45pm.

You don’t need to be fit and you don’t need to be a dancer. You just need to enjoy moving to awesome music and getting fitter as you go.

Everyone welcome age 13+. Under 18’s to be accompanied by an adult. Classes are £6.50. Pay as you go.

Give yourself a big pat on the back for tackling Voodoo People with such energy too. Thursday crew it’s over to you next!

🦇 Next week we head to spooky town. Fancy dress is optional but there is a prize for best dressed so it would be great if it wasn’t just me that dresses up. There will be treats for everyone (no tricks!) and I’ve bought us some new room decorations. 👻
