Our updated Group Fitness Timetable starts on Monday June 8th.

We’ve made a few adjustments to our programme, but you’ll still find all your favourite ways to stay active including kettlebells, spin, barbells, yoga, circuits, EZ Tone, Aqua Fit and more.

We are looking for someone with a background in fitness, swimming pool operations and/or sports and leisure facilities, with experience in supervising and leading a team, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting high-quality service delivery across the facility.

That’s a wrap on our school swimming lessons for this term!

A huge well done to all the pupils who took part , you’ve learned an incredible life skill and should be very proud of yourselves.

Our updated Swimming Pool Timetable is now live and will run right up until our Summer Programme begins.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Giant Inflatable at 16.45 session has been cancelled. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Class Update for Wednesday 20th:

Pilates will not be running this Wednesday.
However, Yoga will take place in the Pilates slot from 18:15–19:15.
Kettlebells will start later at 19:30 and finish at 20:00.

If you were booked into Pilates, you don’t need to do anything, your booking has been automatically transferred to Yoga.
We will also contact you by phone to confirm your Yoga booking.
