We have had so much fun in our summer workshops.
Making friends, lots of smiles, choreography, performance, games, dancing, craft and more! It’s been busy!

It is always a joy to meet and teach such talented children! I have taken so much from watching the imagination, teamwork skills, creativity and confidence they have all shown 🖤⭐️💫

Caitlin’s barre classes are where Pilates and ballet meet, offering low-impact, high-intensity movements, all set to fun, energising music. These sessions help improve posture and boost confidence while building long, lean muscles
Barre is an inclusive fitness class suitable for beginners, so rest assured you don’t need to be a prima ballerina to take part 🩰
