A fantastic first lesson also for Katie Cochran & lovely Maddie at Blackdown Livery Yard, who practiced riding through several novice test movements in prep for their next comp. Great progress shown in the smoothness and balance of your transitions and super counter canter 5m shallow loops, 20m circle canter give and retakes and transitions within the pace 👏👏

Plenty of variety last week with teaching, solo hacking various clients’ horses, lungeing, schooling and pony viewing for a client. Then a quiet day off yesterday after I postponed my XC clinic due to the hard ground. Love my job 🥰🏇
