We are so lucky to have this dynamic duo working with us at PT Space Exeter. Mike and Caroline make up and specialise in helping people in midlife build strenth, health and fitness.
Here's what they have to say about themselves:
Mike:
"I’m a L3 personal trainer, and combining that with my background in personal development coaching, I help people in midlife reach their strength, fitness & performance goals; and then sustain it, through not only training, but positive lifestyle habits.
I have extensive experience across a range of fitness areas, including middle distance running, aesthetic focussed strength & conditioning, CrossFit and functional fitness racing (HYROX, Deka Fit)
This experience sits at the heart of my training approach - combining strength and aerobic conditioning, to help you look good, feel good and build all round functional strength & fitness for real life, not just the gym."
Caroline:
"I’m a fully qualified personal trainer who’s passionate about making fitness feel accessible, enjoyable, and achievable for everyone.
I understand that starting or returning to training can feel overwhelming, so I focus on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where you can build confidence at your own pace.
I have knowledge and experience of a range of fitness areas, from functional fitness to triathlon and group exercise, and I think it's key to make fitness fun, functional and interesting.
Using a personalised approach, I’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you feel your best—inside and out."
