A month of fun in the gym and making the most of the sunshine!!

- Vicky Prowse passed her Midwifery Degree 👩🏻‍🎓🎉
- Dan Mugford got witty with warm ups 🤡
- A new puppy joined the gym, meet Benji 🐾
- Steph Hellens competed in KELTX - Fitness Racing 🏃‍♀️
- The team took on Randy - 75 snatches for time 😮‍💨
- Others played with skipping like it was 1995
- Chain gang was formed 🚴🏼‍♀️🚴 (members join the WhatsApp group if you fancy a Sunday spin!
- We had a quiz night and footy social ⚽️

The coaches had a lot to say about Guy - not only is he a great athlete, he’s a big part of the ISCA community!

“He’s usually the first to finish by a country mile, yet he’ll stay right until the very end cheering everyone else on.

And let’s not forget the Monday night double sessions… smashing HYROX before jumping straight into CrossFit. 💪

Guy is also a huge help at Sunday HYROX. I’m especially grateful for him when I’m hungover and can’t do the maths for the sleds. 😂

He’s always helpful with everyone in class and always spends half the class cheering everyone else on!”
