It’s been a few months since we put the spotlight on some of our brilliant members, so here’s the heatwave survivors!

The ladies lifting group were fantastic this summer. During the peak of the heatwave this group kept turning up with smiles on faces, and as always, great energy. Mark has build a lovely community with this group and is always looking for new people to join. So if you’re interested, drop us a message.👭🏋️‍♀️👭🏋️‍♀️👭

Toms client Amy Amy Laskey 🌻 has been with us from the start. She works hard every week and the personal bests just kept rolling in through the summer heat! This video of Amy is just one of many awesome feats of strength she’s shown us recently. Maybe a power lifting competition on the horizon?! Well done Amy, you’re just getting started💪

Twists and Bugs! It’s core time✅

Thank you for this week’s exercise demonstration👏

10-15 reps each side on the twists, and 6-10 reps each side on the dead bugs
Repeat for 2-3 sets

Take your time to focus on your core engagement. On the dead bugs try to keep your spine flat to the floor by tucking your tailbone under and scooping your hips.

With the twists, it’s important to use your core on the way out and the way back. Don’t let the resistance pull you back without control.

Try adding these to your next workout✅

£25 Per Month - No joining fee

Once you have a membership, you’ll have access to our booking system. You can book an hour slot any time between 7am-8pm✅

Our booking system only allows for a maximum of 4 people to be booked in at any one time. This means the space never feels crowded. In the last few months we’ve only had this limit reached twice, so there is always plenty of space.

We have personal trainers ready to help you on your journey too. If you’re thinking about getting a membership, personal training it is a nice way to learn how to get the most out of the space🏋️‍♀️🕺

You don’t have to have a membership for personal training, and there are gym inductions available for all members.

We imagine these 5 spaces will be taken very quickly, so act fast!!💥
