Sarah is committed to helping those who feel less able and, as a result, founded Evolve Exeter, specialising in Seated exercise and adaptive programmes. Sarah has helped everyone from the elderly on a 1-2-1 and 1-2-2 basis to running local bootcamps with a more community-based focus and of course general PT support as well!

Congratulations to Sammy and Carmel for the contagious energy and work rate that they have both brought to their first months at Thrive!!🧡

We were trying to pick a member or client of the month but it was too hard to choose only one! So it had to be two✅✅

Sammy has thrown herself into her personal training sessions with , delivering some incredible PB’s recently!!

Carmel is now a Thrive member and having PT! She’s managed to keep motivated, getting consistent sessions in by herself at Thrive!! …of course continuing to enjoy her PT sessions with as well👏
