James trains, advises and mentors people of all abilities. His clients ra

nge from international athletes to the general health conscious public. Here at the PFP Gyms we aim to provide a professional, hard working but friendly environment suitable for all abilities. The space has been previously used as a sports massage / physio room, a consultation room for health and fitness professionals, a barbers and a beauty therapies clinic.

Reburb update...getting there just the flooring to go down now. Great space for classes and PTs / coaches.

Refurbishment on going upstairs at PFP. Two full floors nearly ready. Just waiting for new upstairs flooring to go in.

But it is all operational.

Dumbell Hooks arrived today at PFP. No need to explain as the video shows how useful they are.

BELT squats at PFP today. This is often a secondary exercise, after maybe bar squats. We decided to make it a main effort, primary exercise today.

Mum and daughter at PFP today. Here Sophie is combining a rotational 'fast' push using the jammer handles with single arm Kettle bell swings. She did 5 rounds.
