🏋 Precision Fitness & Performance (PFP) gyms are owned by PICP 3 (National level strength coach) James Buckingam. PFP in Exeter is the original 24 7 gym in Exeter, established in 2008. PFP in Cullompton is also the original 24 7 gym in the area, established in 2017

James trains, advises and mentors people of all abilities. His clients range from international athletes to the general health conscious public. Here at the PFP Gyms we aim to provide a professional, hard working but friendly environment suitable for all abilities. Complete shoulder replacement rehab and supplements 6 weeks post surgury

Shoulder replacement update 4 weeks post op.
Nearly back to full range of movement, but weak.

Able to do most things, grip, pull, push, rotate, abduct etc, but weak.

Quite robust personal rehab ongoing and generally pain free. Unless I do something dumb.

I strongly free that supps are accelerating my progress.

My first 'meal' is to flood the body with good repair stuff: a shake as follows:

Milk
Eggs
Beef protein powder
Collegen
Colostrum
Aptimised male (liver and testicle blend)
Calcium complex

I do not get anything for this 'shout out' but I truly believe thier supps are the mutts nuts.

2 weeks post replacement shoulder replacement

5 days post surgery for a complete shoulder replacement.

I am keen to so a series of videos to show any improvement with rehab and function. But mainly to see how these supplements may improve recovery.

The individual supps have great data to show thier effectiveness (connectivity tissue, bones, skin, joints, gut, immune function, testosterone levels and such). I suspect in a combined bolus dose (protein shake style) thec flood these quality nutrients should work better than Ginsters pasties 😀

I guess the 'proof' will be in the speed of recovery to full function.

supps, arguable the best around. I intend to document my recovery with them over the next few months.

Complete shoulder replacement op next week. I am sure these will help recovery.
