🏉 What a brilliant session tonight! 💙❤️

Tonight was all about having fun, building confidence and learning new skills together. It doesn’t matter if you’ve played rugby for years or have never picked up a rugby ball before – there’s a place for you here.

If you’ve been watching your daughter, son or partner from the sidelines thinking, “I’d love to give that a go…” this is your sign!

✨ Mums of our junior players

✨ Sisters, aunties, friends
✨ Or any woman aged 18+ looking to try something new…

Come and join us!

You don’t need experience, you don’t need to be super fit, and you definitely don’t need to know the rules. We’ll teach you everything you need to know in a friendly, supportive environment where everyone encourages each other.

Rugby is so much more than a sport. It’s laughter, friendships, confidence, fitness and becoming part of an incredible community.
