What a season for Max Rouvray! 🖤💛🏏

Max has been absolutely outstanding for the Dumbleton CC 2nd XI in the 2026 GCCL Division Two campaign, finishing as the club’s leading run scorer with 634 runs and leading wicket taker with an incredible 37 wickets. His consistency, all-round performances and match-winning contributions have played a huge part in the team’s success, helping the 2nd XI secure the Division Two Championship and, most importantly, promotion to Division One. A fantastic achievement and a season Max can be hugely proud of — one club, one village, one dream. Up the Dumblies! 💛🖤🏆

What a season it has been for two of Dumbleton CC’s outstanding performers! Ollie Horne has finished as the leading wicket-taker in WEPL Premier One with an impressive 30 wickets, while Thomas Kelly has topped the run-scoring charts with a superb 797 runs in only 12 innings. Their consistency, skill and match-winning contributions have played a huge part in Dumbleton’s incredible 2026 Premier One Championship season. Two outstanding individual achievements in a truly historic year for the club. Ollie with the wickets, Thomas with the runs — Dumbleton leading the way! 💛🖤🏏🏆

🏏 2026 — A SEASON OF EXTRAORDINARY NUMBERS! 🏆

The figures tell the story of a truly outstanding campaign for Dumbleton CC. With six players surpassing 1,000 runs, led by Thomas Kelly’s remarkable 1,495, and nine players taking 30 or more wickets, spearheaded by Max Rouvray’s outstanding 53, the depth and quality within the squad has been exceptional. Runs at the top of the order, wickets throughout the attack and contributions from players across the team have combined to produce a season that will live long in the memory. Champions on the field, records in the books — 2026 has been one for the history books at Dumbleton CC! 💛🖤🏏

This afternoon we once again welcomed a couple of thousand visitors to our Annual Traditional Fete.
A simple recipe of fun for all family, bringing together the local (and further afield) community to culminate the summer season.
What a summer it has been and we are extremely proud to celebrate the success on & off the field 🏏
Even better when one lucky winner got to wheel home the Barrow of Booze 💛🖤

Dumbleton Cricket Club’s 1st XI have achieved something truly remarkable, becoming the first club since the West of England Premier League was established in 1999 to win Premier One in the season immediately following promotion — and doing so in their first-ever season in the top flight. What an incredible achievement for the players, coaches, volunteers and everyone connected with Dumbleton CC. A season that will go down in the club’s history forever. Premier One Champions 2026! 💛🖤🏏
