Ironmann MMA require all participating clients to take two lateral flow test per week. Evenly spaced through the week. Here is a link for free lateral flow test kit please follow the guidelines carefully, noting your results on the NHS website. Please do not come to the gym if you have any of the well known COVID symptoms. Persons in education must still take the lateral flow test when they are on holiday.
