To all our lovely members and visitors who take 1 to1 lessons with our coaching staff. Our staff take time to help develop your skills and fitness, when you organise the 1 to 1 you have to be prepared to turn up or cancel in plenty of time to allow them to fill the gap in their time table.

We know that life can take over but we expect as much notice where possible to allow the coaches to fill the space. If you cancel within 24hrs of your slot it will be difficult for the coach to fill this space and as a business we expect you to pay for this slot in full. You may feel this is unreasonable, we feel this is normal practice for most businesses offering these services.
