Mind Core Foundations: Stronger In 4 kicks off tomorrow. 4 weeks of holding each other accountable and showing up Monday to Friday. You pick the time you have and the workout is ready for you inside the event. All you have to do is hit β€œBegin Workout”.

Four weeks. Four movements. One solid base.

Stronger In 4 starts this Monday, 8 June, a four-week beginner programme that builds you up from the ground floor.

You’ll train every day, and each week is built around one of the four patterns every workout comes back to:

1. Push
2. Pull
3. Squat
4. Hinge

Sessions are 10–20 minutes. No BS, just the fundamentals done properly.

Whether you’re brand new to training or rebuilding your basics after time out, this is where it starts. You’ll move better, lift with confidence, and actually understand what you’re doing and why.

The whole programme runs inside Core Buddy, and it fits inside the free trial, so you can complete all four weeks without paying a penny.

Setup takes about two minutes. Get yourself in before Monday and start day one with the group.
