Anyone interested in a chair based mobility class. Get signed up at Lossiemouth Indoor Sports and Social Club 🪑💪🏻💜

Open to all ages and abilities. Message me with any questions but please book direct with the club.

We have some exciting new opportunities at the club. Ken Strachan from Moray Golf Club has offered our junior members free golf lessons on a Sunday. If any junior members are interested we have a sign up sheet on the board.

Vallen Fitness Studio has also offered a seated exercise class that will be running on a Monday lunch time. There is also a sign up sheet on the board for anyone interested in attending the class. There will be a charge of £5 for members and £8 for non members.
