Excited to be collaborating with this Sunday 7th September for a 5km Run & Stretch Session! 🏃‍♂️ 🧘

Following the run, there will be a 30 min Stretch session, with coffee and snacks available at the studio! ☕️ We have mats available to use, or you are welcome to bring your own! 🖤🤍

This Sunday we are having a beach day! The weather is looking amazing - sun and 27 degrees😎
Join us at 11:30am on Roseisle beach for a run followed by a dip in the sea if you fancy it, bbq and some summer games☀️🌊🐚

Week 23 ✅, great turn out on a nice warm Sunday! Today we had a 5k in Elgin with a foam rolling session afterwards hosted by Fusion Physiotherapy and Podiatry 💪. We also had a great selection of post run recovery snacks and electrolytes from 😍. Thanks to everyone who joined today, great to see many new faces 🙌🏃‍♂️ And a huge thank you to Andy, Catherine and Jen 🤩

Costa Del Hopeman 😎 - 59 people today 🤩🤩🤩 Our biggest run yet! And we are feeling so grateful! Thank you to everyone who joined us today - so many new faces this week! We loved meeting you all and hope to see you all back🤩 Thank you to The Boatyard-Hopeman , Morayshire for having us after! What a perfect way to end a great run🫶🏽Next week we’re back in elgin with a 9k option and a 4k option, let’s hope this weather stays 🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️☀️
