This gentle Mum & Baby Pilates class is designed to help you reconnect with your body and feel confident in movement again at your own pace.

• Gentle core & pelvic floor exercises to improve strength for everyday life;
• Movement to ease tension from feeding & holding baby;
• Low-impact, postnatal-friendly movement;
• Enhance your body awareness & get an hour for you;
• No experience needed.
